New Homes Section provides a directory and software tools for researching builders and managing builder-supplied listings. Listing availability, pricing, specifications, incentives, and completion dates can change and must be confirmed directly with the builder.

Builder responsibilities

Builders must be authorized to manage the company they claim and must provide accurate, lawful, current content. Feed access must be authorized; scraping or republishing third-party data without permission is prohibited.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers should independently verify listings, contracts, financing, taxes, schools, and other purchasing considerations. The service does not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advice.

Acceptable use

Users may not circumvent access controls, submit fraudulent leads, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service.

Availability

Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, security, legal, or data-quality reasons.

These operational terms must be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
