New Homes Section collects account information, builder-submitted business data, buyer preferences, lead form details, and privacy-reduced usage events to operate the directory and connect buyers with builders. We do not store raw IP addresses in product analytics.

Lead information

When you submit an inquiry, we store the details you provide and may route them to the builder or destination identified on the form. Do not include sensitive financial, government-identification, or health information.

Accounts and preferences

Saved searches, favorites, comparisons, builder memberships, and tenant content are associated with authenticated accounts and protected by access controls.

Service providers and retention

We use hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, email, and integration providers to operate the service. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, legal, and audit purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the contact page. Some security, transaction, or legal records may need to be retained.

This operational policy must be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
