Viking Construction

Wendell Olson started Viking Construction in 1980, and the Hayden, Idaho-based company — known as Viking Homes — has since built more than 4,000 homes across the Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, and Tri-Cities areas. As a production builder, it offers buyers a variety of floor plans and finishes, with selections made through its Design Center. Four decades and thousands of homes later, the company remains one of the Inland Northwest's established names in new-home construction.
