Kirkland-based Merit Homes has spent more than five decades building on Seattle's Greater Eastside, carving out a niche as a luxury infill builder. Its Northwest Contemporary homes rise in Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue, often in established neighborhoods where new construction is rare. In 2022 the company launched the first model of its all-electric Urban Series collection, pushing a long-running design sensibility toward a fully electric future. Merit Homes also purchases homes and land directly from individual sellers across the Eastside.
