Since 1995, Hansen Construction Group has been building homes across Thurston County, WA — and doing it with an unusual degree of control. Rather than subcontracting the work out, the company relies on its own hourly employees for foundations, framing, siding, and interior trim, keeping craftsmanship in-house from the ground up.
