Gallery Homes
Since 2007, Gallery Homes has built more than 500 homes across Volusia County from its base in DeLand, Florida. CEO Bob Fitzsimmons founded the company on energy-efficient single-family construction, and today buyers can choose a community like Heebner Acres or bring their own homesite, with prices starting in the $300s. Recognition has followed the work: three JD Power 'Highest in Customer Satisfaction' honors and three Builder of the Year awards from the Volusia Building Industry Association. Few custom builders in this part of Florida pair that production record with that satisfaction history.
