When Larry and David Sundquist sold one of the largest family-owned homebuilding companies in Snohomish County in 2017, they didn't leave the trade behind. They started Adamant Homes. The company builds move-in-ready homes in small communities north of Seattle and on the Eastside, with a presence in Bothell's Canyon Park area, Lynnwood and Mill Creek. Its current work includes Foxmoore, set in Bothell's North Creek neighborhood. For buyers who want a new home in the north Seattle suburbs without a long construction wait, Adamant offers a shorter path to the front door.
